The person decides whether to give us their details. The referral only progresses once they have agreed to share them.

Check the status of your referral from your account. If the deal is validated and signed before a notary, the applicable tier is applied.

Key terms
Transparency before promises.
The referral must relate to a new contact who has agreed to share their details with Alba Casas.
Published tiers start at €250,000 of verifiable value. Each shows the transaction fee and the corresponding reward: 15%, 12% or 10% of that fee.
The team may reject duplicates, self-recommendations or contacts already registered. The reward requires an eligible transaction validated and signed before a notary; payment details and tax documentation may be required.
