Alba Casas is the real estate division of Magelan Corp. For any privacy-related enquiries you can write to hola@albacasas.com or use the contact form.

Before considering this policy final, Magelan Corp. must validate and include the responsible company name, CIF/NIF, registered address, applicable registration details and the contact channel of the data controller.

Datos que tratamos

Podemos tratar el nombre, teléfono, correo electrónico, país, contenido de la solicitud y, cuando se solicita una valoración, los datos del inmueble y fotografías que la persona decida adjuntar.

Within Círculo Alba a person may share the details of a recommended third party. They should only do so if that person has consented to their data being communicated to Alba Casas to manage the recommendation.

Usamos esta información únicamente para responder a una consulta, preparar una valoración, coordinar una llamada o visita, y dar continuidad a la relación inmobiliaria solicitada.

The legal basis, retention periods, processors or suppliers and any applicable international transfers must be reviewed and defined by the privacy advisory team before the final version.

Conservación y destinatarios

Free guide and authorized follow‑up

You can read the sales guide on the web without providing data. To receive the PDF we request name and email; phone is optional. We process delivery based on your request. Commercial follow‑up by email or phone requires separately ticking the optional authorizations, which do not condition the download.

We record the origin, language, date, version of the informed text and the authorized channels. You can withdraw consent from the link in the email or the download screen, or by writing to hola@albacasas.com. Withdrawal applies to requests for this guide associated with the same email. There are no automatic sign‑ups to campaigns or automated decisions about your property.

Request data will be retained while necessary to deliver the guide and resolve incidents. Authorized follow‑up is retained until consent is withdrawn or it is no longer necessary for that purpose; thereafter retention is limited to obligations and evidence of consent or its withdrawal as applicable. Specific retention periods and hosting and email providers must be validated with Magelan Corp.’s privacy advisors.

Círculo Alba Review

The professional review must expressly include Círculo Alba workflows, the processing of recommended third‑party data, invitations, opportunity tracking and operational communications.

Pre‑campaign review

Before activating advertising, emailing or third‑party data acquisition campaigns, Magelan Corp. must document approval from its legal and privacy advisers.

The review must confirm the legal basis for each campaign, consent where required, the opt‑out mechanism, recipients or providers, retention periods, any applicable international transfers and the processing of recommended contacts via Círculo Alba.
